Lancaster Wins Again

Congratulations to Justin Lancaster, The ISE Department’s director of IT, for winning one of the two College of Engineering Awards for Excellence. Last month, Lancaster received the ISE Staff Member of the Year Award during the C.A. Anderson Award Ceremony.

A five-person committee selected Lancaster based on one of the following categories.

  • Customer Service
  • Efficiency and Innovation
  • Human Relations
  • Outstanding State Government Service
  • Public Service
  • Safety and Heroism
  • Spirit of North Carolina

Staff Member of the Year

Less than 30 days before winning the Award for Excellence, Lancaster won the ISE Staff Member of the Year Award, which is voted on by the Department’s staff and faculty. Although the Annual C.A. Anderson Awards Ceremony was canceled due to COVID-19, ISE’s department head Julie Swann took time to recognize Lancaster at the Spring 2020 Student Celebration Ceremony.
