ISE alumnus Brian Betts shares the innovative ways his team of industrial engineers revolutionized the customer experience at Disney
Brian Betts’s Disney career began in college when he was an intern with the Walt Disney World Industrial Engineering department in his junior and senior years. Upon graduation, he joined the department full time and began an adventure he could have never imagined.
Through the years, he helped develop several theme parks (from Disney’s Animal Kingdom to Shanghai Disneyland Resort), launch the Disney Cruise Line, invent Disney FASTPASS and create Disney MagicBands. Betts served as the Vice President of Operations Planning & Insights for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide.
