Ola Harrysson joined the IE department in January 2002 and focuses on teaching classes related to manufacturing and rapid prototyping. Most of his research involves rapid prototyping, specifically the medical applications of rapid prototyping.
Dr. Harrysson is also the academic advisor to our student chapter of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, SME.
