As a Ph.D. student in Industrial and Systems Engineering at NC State ISE Department, Tsung-Yang Chang’s research interest is to apply optimization techniques to improve the performance of production systems toward perfection. During his master’s journey here at ISE, he received solid training in operations research, statistics, and production systems analysis, as well as communication skills and critical thinking.
