Sophie Minnick

Hi, my name is Sophie Minnick and I am a junior from Wilmington, NC majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering. I chose ISE because I am able to combine my interests in problem solving and interacting with others, and also because of the several paths you can take to find what interests you most. I joined the ISE ambassador program to advocate for the department and show others that they can find their home in ISE too.

I was part of the Engineering Village freshman year and am currently part of the University Ambassadors program. I just did a co-op in spring 2020 with Moen Inc. as a manufacturing engineer, so please reach out if you have any questions about co-ops or the ISE department!
