Nataliya Vanchosovych

Contracts and Grants Manager

 
Nataliya Vanchosovych joined the ISE Department in December 2017 as a Pre-and-Post-Award Specialist and now works as a Contracts and Grants Manager. Previously, she worked at UNC-Chapel Hill where she managed the Superfund Research and Training Program as the Superfund Program Manager and Proposal Business Coordinator.

Nataliya manages all ledger-5 projects. She is responsible for:

  • Rebudgeting
  • Project modification requests
  • Financial forecasting
  • Salary distribution changes
  • Cost-share
  • TEARS
  • Approving all HR actions
  • Journal vouchers
  • Travel reimbursements
  • Marketplace orders
  • Working with subcontractors
  • Preparing invoices
  • and submitting closeouts

She also works on proposals, budgets, budget justifications, current/pending support, and bio sketches.
