Myron Feinstein is a Lecturer in the Edward P. Fitts Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and is an independent consultant in Change Leadership and Strategy to Fortune 100 corporations.

Dr. Feinstein spent 30 years as a change agent in technical operations and supply chain in Unilever, both domestically and internationally and has acted as a Subject Matter Expert for AT Kearney. Before coming to NCSU he was the Executive in Residence at the School of Business at Mercy College in New York and the Director of Strategic Planning at the New Jersey State Motor Vehicle Commission.

Dr. Feinstein has been a featured speaker at Stanford University, MIT and the Wharton School and has taught Executive Courses at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He has taught graduate courses here in the Poole College of Management and currently teaches graduate courses in the College of Engineering.
