Bradley's primary research focuses on accounting when resources are congested. This research will help in allocating overhead, determining transfer prices, and setting practical production limits based on steady state queuing applied to optimal product mix linear programming problems. The model is being extended to determine when to accept or reject new business based on congestion increasing WIP and cycle time.
Bradley also serves as a Lecturer for the Poole College of Management at NCSU where he has taught two sections of BUS 472: Operations Planning and Control Systems, and eight sections of BUS 370: Operations Management.
