After 27 years at NC State, including a 9-year term as department head, Dr. Stephen Roberts is retiring from teaching. At his retirement reception, he was surrounded by friends, family, and co-workers. Speakers included current Department Head Paul Cohen, Lecturer Emeritus Clarence Smith, Clifton A. Anderson Distinguished Professor Reha Uzsoy, and ISE Alumnus, Textile Engineering Department Head, and golfing buddy Jeff Joines.
