Research Description

Alyssa is interested in understanding how MI BCIs can be used to improve the quality of life of those with severe motor disabilities, as well as how they can be used for rehabilitation purposes. She is currently working on developing a MI BCI that can be used to give paralyzed patients the ability to move paralyzed limbs with the help of additional electronic support. She is also researching various MI BCI experiments to learn how to make them more efficient and accurate.
