Welcome to the Automation Lab
ISE’s Automation Laboratory features state-of-the-art manufacturing assembly equipment and controls, including high-speed pick-and-place equipment, logic controllers, a hybrid assembly line, and both industrial and collaborative robots. Built as an open teaching laboratory, students from a variety of disciplines seek out our courses to extend their automation interests by participating in lab teaching and research experiences.
The lab is often the hub of activities related to interdisciplinary project work, courses and summer STEM camps.
The laboratory is managed by Jason Low, one of our manufacturing faculty members, and is staffed by Dan Leonard and advanced students. For more information, including a scheduled visit, contact Jason Low | firstname.lastname@example.org | 316 Daniels Hall.
