MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of the Ergonomics Laboratory at North Carolina State University is to conduct scholarly research in the areas of occupational biomechanics, occupational safety and cognitive ergonomics while training students to become the research scientists and safety/ergonomics practitioners of tomorrow.


RESEARCH ASSISTANTSHIP AVAILABILTY:

The Ergonomics Lab is currently recruiting graduate students for Fall 2007. It is anticipated that we will have 3 assistantships available to interested and qualified students. Please contact us for details.


TRAINING PROGRAM IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & ERGONOMICS:

If you are interested in obtaining a masters degree in industrial engineering, and you are interested in occupational safety & ergonomics, this program will be of interest to you.  Through this program students study, conduct research, and gain work experience in occupational safety and ergonomics.
