Hugh M. Duncan Scholarship
The Hugh M. Duncan Endowed Scholarship was established on December 10, 1997. Mr. Duncan created this scholarship to benefit students in the Fitts Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering who demonstrate academic merit. Mr. Duncan is an alumnus of NC State, holding a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Class of 1955.
Edward P. Fitts Scholarship in Industrial Engineering
The Edward P Fitts Endowed Scholarship in Industrial Engineering was established on June 23, 1999. Mr. Fitts created this scholarship to benefit students in the Fitts Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering based on academic merit. Mr. Fitts is an alumnus if NC State, holding a BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Class of 1961.
Allen F. & Beverly Gant Endowed Scholarship
The Allen F. & Beverly J. Gant Endowed Scholarship was established on June 18, 1996. Mr. and Mrs. Gant created this scholarship to benefit students who demonstrate academic merit in the Fitts Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering Department. Mr. Gant is an alumnus of NC State, holding a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Class of 1955.
Kenneth D. Franklin Alpha Pi Mu Scholarship
The Kenneth D. Franklin Alpha Pi Mu Endowed Scholarship was established on October 27, 2006. Mr. Franklin created this scholarship to benefit a student in his/her junior year who is the recipient of the Alpha Pi Mu Outstanding Sophomore Award and also demonstrates merit and financial. Mr. Franklin is an alumnus of NC State, holding a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Class of 1971.
Thomas D. & Tressa L. Pearson Scholarship
The Thomas D & Tressa L Pearson Endowed Scholarship was established on May 4, 1999. Mr. and Mrs. Pearson created this scholarship to benefit students in the College of Engineering who demonstrate academic merit, with preference given to students in the Fitts Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering. Mr. Thomas is an alumnus of NC State, holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Furniture and Manufacturing Management, Class of 1965.
